Application

In principle, it is possible to commence a degree at FHWS once a year in the winter semester (1 October). The application period for degree programmes beginning in the winter semester runs from 1 May to 15 July every year.
In exceptional cases, applications for selected study programmes are possible as of 1 April.

Selected degree programmes can also be started in the summer semester (15 March). The application period for these degree programmes runs from 15 November to 15 January every year. Please see our general info sheet (German only) for details of whether it is also possible to commence your studies in the summer semester. Information is also available on applying to a higher semester (German only).

Depending on your university entrance qualification, a different application procedure must be followed.
